What happens if my POS is offline?

In the case that your AirPOS POS App has been offline for any reason the sales are stored and then uploaded to the AirPOS backoffice later.

My reports are not showing recent data. Is there a reason for this?

The AirPOS reporting app in the backoffice updates on a 20 minute interval and may appear to be behind your Daily Sales screen in terms of your sales data. This is normal operation.
